Summary

There is in Scunthorpe Borough Museum, a rusticated jar, with the lower part missing, which was said to have been found at the foot of the cliffs at South Ferriby, with 9 small brass coins inside it. The 9 coins were 2 antoniniani (radiates) and 7 nummi: Tetricus I - House of Theodosius.
